The mission:
Honor: Complete this mission in honor of our Military or a Veteran.
Distance: 1 mile
Exercises: Complete the following outdoors. Note: Each individual exercise is to be completed in one day, but not all exercises need to be completed together in one day. That’s up to you. E.g: 100 Push Ups on Friday, 1-mile Log carry on Saturday, and 100 Squats on Sunday. Or combine exercises into one day or sessions as desired, but all 100 reps need to be done for that specific exercise, even when grouped together with other exercises.
Log carry (carry something that is 15 lbs but not in your ruck) one mile
100 Push Ups in one day
100 Squats in one day
100 Mountain Climbers in one day
100 Jumping Jacks in one day
100 Burpees in one day
Optional (in addition to the above requirements): Just another way to push yourself.
Log carry done while on a hike in the woods
1/4 mile rock or cinder block carry
500-meter row
Polar bear plunge (under safe conditions)
15-30 minutes splitting wood or sledgehammer slams
