June’s Mission = Warrior / Ruck ‘N’ Run®
Why: To honor our combat wounded Service Members and bring awareness to a few significant military dates. Who will you Ruck ‘N’ Run® in honor of?
What: Earn your challenge coin by rucking and/or running 20 miles and complete 200 reps of 5 exercises (5 miles and 50 reps of 5 exercises per week x 4 weeks).
Where: Anytime/anywhere. This is a virtual challenge.
Who: Open to all and for all fitness levels.
Cost: Only $20.25 to register, which includes a challenge coin!

The mission:
Honor: Pledge to honor a combat wounded serviceman.
Distance: 5 miles per week
Ruckers, ruck (carry weight, your preference)
Runners, run (do not carry any weight)
Or a combination of both. You know…Ruck ‘N’ Run®!
Exercises: 50 reps total of each exercise per week
Up Downs
Pull Ups
Body Weight Squats
Burpees (6 count)
Bear Crawls (50 yards per week)
Four Weeks (Mark your face with one red stripe for week one, two for week two, and so one.):
Week 1: Honoring our Greatest Generation (D-Day was June 6th, 1944)
Week 2: Celebrating the U.S. Army’s birthday (June 14th)!
Week 3: Honoring Combat wounded GWOT Service Members and Korean War Veterans (Korean War began June 25th, 1950).
Week 4: Bringing awareness to National PTSD Awareness Day (June 27th), honoring the end of WWI (June 28, 1919 - The signing of the Treaty of Versailles).
