What: We challenge you to push your limits by completing this four-week, scalable mission!

Where: Anytime/anywhere. This is a virtual mission.

Who: Open to all and for all fitness levels.

Cost: Only $20.24 to register, which includes a challenge coin (free shipping)!

The mission:

Honor: Our nonprofit’s Mission is three-fold, like the shamrock. Our Three Pillars are;

1. Honoring Those Who Serve(d)®

2. Building Camaraderie

3. Connecting the Community

Distance: 4.25 miles per week (17 miles total) Why 17? St. Patrick’s Day is March 17.

  • Ruckers, ruck (carry weight, your preference)

  • Runners, run (do not carry any weight)

  • Or a combination of both.

Exercises: At each whole mile, stop and execute the following in this order.

  • 17 push-ups (68 per week, 272 total for the month)

  • 17 jumping jacks (68 per week, 272 total for the month)

  • 17 four-count mountain climbers (68 per week, 272 total for the month)

  • 17 bodyweight squats (68 per week, 272 total for the month)

  • 17 six-count burpees (68 per week, 272 total for the month)

These are the same exercises at our annual event. Good training!
