The mission:
Honor: Our nonprofit’s Mission is three-fold, like the shamrock. Our Three Pillars are;

Distance: 4.25 miles per week (17 miles total) Why 17? St. Patrick’s Day is March 17.
Ruckers, ruck (carry weight, your preference)
Runners, run (do not carry any weight)
Or a combination of both.
Exercises: At each whole mile, stop and execute the following in this order.
17 push-ups (68 per week, 272 total for the month)
17 jumping jacks (68 per week, 272 total for the month)
17 four-count mountain climbers (68 per week, 272 total for the month)
17 bodyweight squats (68 per week, 272 total for the month)
17 six-count burpees (68 per week, 272 total for the month)
These are the same exercises at our annual event. Good training!
